  • Yes, the majority of our flavours are available in either a PEI dairy option or a dairy-free option using coconut milk.
  • No, we don’t use soy in any of our products. Our dairy ice cream is made from 100% PEI dairy and our dairy-free options are made with coconut milk and evaporated milk.
  • When a fruit is grown locally, we do not import fruit during the off-season. So some of our more popular flavours such as Strawberry Cheesecake and Mint to Be (raspberry and mint) are only available during strawberry or raspberry season in PEI You simply can’t match the taste of fresh local fruit and we think it’s worth the wait.
  • When you place your order, we need to put the ingredients together on our cold plate and then begin chopping them up with our paddles. Then we add the ice cream base (either dairy or coconut) and mix, chop and scrape it all together while it freezes and becomes ice cream in front of you. We invite you to watch the process, take photos or videos if you want, and before you know it, you’ll be enjoying the freshest and prettiest ice cream you’ve ever had.
  • We try to keep our cold plates at -18C. Sometimes on a really hot day at the truck, and with the sun shining directly on our plates, they get to only -10 or -11. Please have a bit more patience with us on these days. We know you want your ice cream, but some days it just takes a little bit longer to freeze.

Yes it is. All of our product packaging is either reusable or compostable.
